Word of the Week
Self Esteem is a reflection of your total worth and value. Which means trusting your ability, quality or judgement. Self esteem is the act of loving yourself. Ways that you can demonstrate self esteem are through telling yourself that you CAN face your fears, that you WILL stand up for what you believe in, and that you KNOW what you can do. You can build your self esteem by telling yourself that you believe you can do it and actually doing it by practicing your skills and trying new things. You can bring in a note about how you have been practicing your karate form, how you have been studying for your classes in school, or how you started a new school. Those are all great ways to practice your self esteem!
