At Karate Charlotte we believe that it is important to set expectations for ourselves. Expectations can include always kicking above the belt or having low stances in our forms. You can also create expectations for yourself at home, like making your bed in the morning or clearing your dish from the table after dinner.
We should all practice setting realistic expecations in all areas of life (home, school, work). It is also important to know what expectations other people have of us (parents, teachers, friends) so we work towards meeting those expectations.
