Or a strong belief that something will happen.
It is important to set expectations for ourselves. Expectations can include always kicking above the belt or having low stances in our forms. You can also create expectations for yourself at home, like making your bed in the morning or clearing your dish from the table after dinner.
With testing just around the corner there are several expectations you will be trying to achieve. The instructors expect you to know all of the steps in your form, have low stances, and high kicks. You expect to pass your test by meeting the standards of the judges at testing. For an extra stripe on your belt bring in a note on how you are planning to succeed the expectations at the upcoming testing, at school, and/or at home!
