Word of the Week
Courtesy is the act of having excellent manners. Someone who is courteous is extra helpful and always looking out for the benefit of others. A courteous person lends a helping hand to those who need it, whether it is helping mom and dad with the groceries or letting someone sit in your seat while you stand. Courtesy includes helping mom and dad clean your room and up the dishes after dinner. Offering to do favors for others and being generous with your time and kindness are also ways that you can be courteous.
*Bring a note to class this week showing a few examples of how you have showed courtesy to your siblings or parents and you can earn a life skill stripe.*
